Responsibilities

  • Run systematic account audits to identify incomplete returns, misrouted responses, and gaps before customers find them.
  • Build account-level data, including per-account analyses, turnaround and volume analysis, and recurring customer reporting.
  • Drive escalations with the key accounts retrieval team on urgent and blocked requests, and follow up until they move.
  • Prepare customer touchpoints, including call briefs, visit materials, and quarterly review decks.
  • Turn recurring account-level problems into specific, evidence-based requests for product and engineering.
  • Join customer calls and visits, and take direct ownership of accounts as the role ramps.

About the company

Codes Health provides AI-powered tools for plaintiff personal injury law firms to fetch medical records, build case chronologies, and generate insights about a case. The product connects to medical record systems and data sources, pulls documents, and organizes them into a searchable timeline while remaining HIPAA-compliant and integrated with existing workflows such as Filevine. It differentiates itself by focusing on PI firms and offering AI-driven retrieval, structured chronologies, and case-insight features tailored to personal injury cases, plus ready-made demos and evaluation materials. The goal is to speed up case preparation and improve outcomes for clients by modernizing how medical evidence is collected, organized, and analyzed.

Filevine partners with Codes Health to accelerate AI-powered medical record retrieval for law firms

Filevine, a legal case management platform, has partnered with Codes Health to integrate AI-native medical record retrieval directly into its system. The collaboration addresses a longstanding bottleneck in personal injury and mass tort cases, where record requests traditionally take months to complete. Codes Health, founded by MIT and Yale graduates in 2024, uses artificial intelligence to verify requests and ensure completeness, delivering records in days rather than months. The service includes a proprietary facility database and dedicated follow-up operations. The integration allows Filevine users to manage medical record retrieval without leaving the platform. Codes Health is backed by Amplify Partners, Haystack, and Y Combinator, and serves hundreds of law firms across personal injury, mass torts, and medical malpractice cases.
