Responsibilities
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of financial processes specific to charitable foundations.
  • Lead 1-2 major projects to develop, implement, and optimize scalable protocols and processes.
  • Conduct process analysis and optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy, ensuring documentation is kept up-to-date.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on financial disbursement processes, identifying potential opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor payment failures, identify trends, and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.
  • Triage and assign incoming inquiries through Jira to ensure timely and efficient action.
  • Train and coach team members on existing and new processes, fostering knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
  • Track operational metrics, following up as needed to achieve targets and meet goals.
  • Identify and remove process barriers as the team progresses through development cycles.
