Requirements
  • Interest in digital advertising.
  • Experience working with numbers and spreadsheets, including basic formulas, filtering, and pivot tables in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience working in a detailed and structured manner.
  • Experience prioritizing competing programs, responsibilities, and projects.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Ad Solutions creative production process by compiling specifications and example executions for clients based on signed media plans.
  • Review assets for technical specification compliance.
  • Customize advertising units according to client guidelines using CSS3.
  • Test advertisements across browsers, screen sizes, and devices.
  • Support Campaign Managers with end-to-end digital campaign setup.
  • Collect and validate creative assets and tracking tags.
  • Traffic campaigns in Google Ad Manager, AdSwizz, and LiveIntent.
  • Monitor live campaigns by reviewing pacing and delivery reports.
  • Flag under-delivery or issues to the Campaign Manager in a timely manner.
  • Support campaign optimizations based on performance and client objectives.
  • Pull performance data from ad servers and other platforms.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing reports and post-campaign summaries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and other internal stakeholders on campaign-related tasks.
  • Maintain internal dashboards and trackers as required.
  • Demonstrate support for and understanding of the value of journalistic independence and commitment to the company's mission.
Desired Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts, including impressions, clicks, click-through rate, viewability, and targeting.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Exposure to or interest in ad serving, analytics, or marketing platforms, including Google Ad Manager, campaign management tools, and web analytics.
  • Experience working with datasets, reporting, or dashboards through coursework, projects, or part-time roles.
  • Previous internship or work experience in media, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in French.
