Requirements
  • Work every home game from August to late November.
  • Work 10–20 hours per week.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and assist with carrying, setting up, and moving equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, peers, and supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and guests warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.
  • Transport tailgating equipment to guests’ designated areas, maintain tailgate sites, and check in to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Walk the site and check in with tailgate tents to ensure guests are enjoying their time and offer assistance as needed.
  • Manage the guest services area, direct guests, and provide assistance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and exemplify the company’s values of service, joy, and entrepreneurship.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs, requests, and inquiries and address concerns professionally.
  • Assist the Event Coordinator with day-of operational tasks, including setting up and breaking down equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Assist with special guest requests, including transporting equipment back to vehicles and helping clean and maintain tailgate sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site throughout the event.
