- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in Emergency & Critical Care.
- Availability to work overnight shifts throughout the locum period.
- Confidence nursing emergency and critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Proficiency in anaesthetic monitoring and nursing critical and ventilated patients is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with RX Works, SmartFlow, and IDEXX laboratory equipment is advantageous.
- Deliver exceptional patient care within the emergency department.
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill and emergency patients.
- Work collaboratively with ECC veterinarians, specialists, and experienced nurses.
- Work overnight shifts throughout the locum period.
