Building Eva opens at Naples Beach Club with residential suites and new family spaces.

Building Eva opens at Naples Beach Club with residential suites and new family spaces. The Four Seasons resort introduces 22 rooms and suites at Market Square plus a children's club and teen centre as a private cinema remains in development. Living and dining areas in Building Eva at Naples Beach Club feature coastal-style furnishings and terraces for indoor-outdoor stays. Key takeaways. * Building Eva has opened at Naples Beach Club with 22 rooms and suites including 14 one- to three-bedroom suites. * The largest three-bedroom suites offer around 2,700 square feet with full kitchens and laundry facilities. * FIN's Club for children aged four to 12 and a separate Teen Centre are now open while a 27-seat cinema is planned. * Starting published nightly rates are USD 995 for rooms and USD 5,000 for a one-bedroom suite. (NEWS) NAPLES, Florida, United States, 2026-Oct-27 - /Travel PR News/ - For a family holiday that stretches beyond a long weekend, the practical details of a hotel room can matter as much as the view. At Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, a new accommodation building is addressing that equation with kitchens, separate living areas and broad terraces alongside dedicated spaces for children and teenagers. Building Eva, in the resort's Market Square district, is now accepting reservations, the resort confirmed on October 27, 2026. The addition brings 22 guest rooms and suites to the Gulf Coast property, including 14 suites with one to three bedrooms. Rather than simply expanding the room inventory, it gives extended-stay and multigenerational groups the option of gathering in a shared living space while keeping separate bedrooms and the services of a full-service resort. Suites designed around the routines of a longer stay. The largest accommodations cover approximately 2,700 square feet and have three bedrooms, three-and-a-half marble bathrooms, a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Generous kitchen islands, indoor and outdoor dining areas and furnished terraces are intended to make meals and time together possible without relying on the resort's restaurants for every occasion. Views vary across the landscaped grounds, coastal-style buildings and The Gardens, the Tom Fazio-designed golf course scheduled to open in early 2027. Champalimaud Design developed the interiors around a restrained coastal palette, using washed oak flooring, white travertine, natural textures, custom millwork and cabinetry. The overall approach is closer to a furnished private Naples residence than a conventional hotel suite, while remaining part of the Four Seasons guest experience. Diego Angarita, the resort's general manager, described the aim as giving families the feeling of a home of their own without separating them from the wider resort. The design also places several family amenities within the same building, reducing the need to travel between accommodations and activities. Separate spaces for younger children and teenagers. FIN's Club and the Teen Centre have opened alongside the accommodations. The children's club forms part of the resort's Kids For All Seasons programme and is complimentary for guests aged four to 12. Its activities mix beach games, crafts, storytelling, treasure hunts, yoga and racquet play with learning about the marine environment of southwest Florida. Inside are areas for art projects, communal activities and performances. The Teen Centre takes a different approach, with beanbag seating, computer stations, books and games arranged as a space where older children can spend time together. For parents travelling with children of different ages, the two facilities offer alternatives to organising every part of the day as a single family activity. Market Square adds dining and entertainment beyond the beach. Building Eva sits beside Market Square, the social and retail area within the 125-acre resort. Nearby are Naples Trading Co., which serves coffee and takeaway provisions, and The Sanctuary, a 30,000-square-foot spa and wellness facility with a thermal circuit, rooftop lap pool and fitness facilities. The district also gained The Wager on October 15. The sports pub pairs food and televised games with arcade activities, pool, table tennis, foosball, an outdoor putting course and a four-lane bowling alley described by Four Seasons as a first for the brand. Together, these facilities give families options for evenings or poor-weather periods away from the resort's beach and pools. Another addition is still pending. The Picture House, a 27-seat private cinema, is planned for Building Eva with upholstered seating, small swivel tables, a lobby and a concession area. Four Seasons has not specified an opening date in its latest announcement. Elsewhere at Naples Beach Club, the family facilities include the shallow, zero-entry Sunset Pool, children's menus, welcome gifts and baby equipment on request. According to the resort's guest amenities information, children younger than five eat free. Published starting nightly rates for Building Eva are USD 995 for rooms and USD 5,000 for a one-bedroom suite, with actual pricing dependent on the stay selected. Guests can check accommodation and booking details with the resort or contact reservations at +1 (239) 944-7600 or +1 (800) 819-5053. The opening broadens the property's appeal to families who want both the independence of a larger residence and the activities of a coastal resort.
