DwyerOmega, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Lake Shore Cryotronics, strengthening its precision temperature measurement capabilities in cryogenics whilst expanding into magnetics and material characterisation. Founded in 1968 and based in Westerville, Ohio, Lake Shore provides measurement solutions for cryogenic temperature, magnetics, material characterisation and cryostats. The company serves industries including quantum computing, aerospace, medical, semiconductor and fusion energy. The acquisition expands DwyerOmega's technology offering and market presence across multiple end markets. DwyerOmega is a global manufacturer of precision measurement and control solutions backed by Arcline Investment Management, which manages over $30 billion in assets. Houlihan Lokey served as financial adviser to DwyerOmega on the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
