Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of active claims, prioritizing by urgency, complexity, and client commitments.
  • Review incoming documentation and notifications, escalating complex claims to senior colleagues.
  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, third parties, and insurers to update and resolve claims.
  • Generate, validate, and distribute claims reports to ensure accurate records.
  • Facilitate insurer collections on small claims and follow up on payments under common agreements.
  • Create and update claims in Marsh’s platform and maintain communication with insurers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and performance indicators.
  • Prepare and present reports for client committees and provide timely support.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to colleagues nationally.
  • Analyze claims-management processes and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Learn regulations from other countries that guide claims management.
