Requirements
- At least two years of restaurant experience.
- Experience managing cost of goods sold and labor.
- ServSafe certification or the ability to complete the certification.
- Management or hospitality experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain responsibility for all back-of-house sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s back-of-house processes.
- Keep the team up to date on processes and current specials.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory of food and beverage items.
- Assist co-workers and lead by example.
- Train, develop, and schedule team members.
