Sales Support Executive
London (Battersea Power Station) / Hybrid
The Sales Support Executive will provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process. This role involves coordinating with various internal departments, managing documentation, and assisting in customer communication.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:
- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of sales documents, proposals, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and invoices.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services. Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities and follow-up on leads. Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations as required.
- Data Management: Maintain databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and customers. Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support sales strategies and initiatives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales representatives on sales processes, tools, and systems. Assist in onboarding new sales team members as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to support sales objectives and initiatives. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and cooperation.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of sales processes or experience in a similar role would be an advantage
