Requirements
Hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Hold a master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
Have at least 2 years of experience supervising clinical staff.
Have strong ABA skills, including BTT, Verbal Behavior, and NET.
Have a reliable car, a California driver's license, and insurance.
Provide CPR certification, immunization records, and a background check upon hire.
Responsibilities
Supervise clients and staff weekly to ensure high-quality ABA services.
Mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Case Managers to support their professional growth.
Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical team meetings.
Maintain high-quality documentation, communication, and clinical standards.

What you bring
Active BCBA Certification
Masters in ABA, Psychology or related field
2+ years supervising clinical staff
Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET)
Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance
CPR certification, immunization records and background check upon hire
Compensation & Perks:
Hourly Rate: $45-$60 (depending on experience and education)
Salary position available if willingly to drive to Modesto
