AMHC Healthcare

Operates acute care hospitals in California

AHMC Healthcare operates a for-profit network of acute-care hospitals in California, acquiring and managing community hospitals to deliver a wide range of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Its facilities house diagnostic imaging like MRI and CT, with centers such as the Heart Center at Anaheim Regional Medical Center and programs for international physician training and community health education. The goal is to expand access to comprehensive hospital care across California, run a large, efficient hospital network, and serve Medicare and Medicaid patients through multiple facilities.
