Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant stock administration experience or equivalent experience in a multinational, publicly traded company
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
  • Advanced analytical ability and ability to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the U.S. federal, state and global taxation equity compensation requirements
  • Experienced user of the E*Trade equity administration software, Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation required
  • Prior responsibility working with Big 4 CPA firms in connection with audits
Responsibilities
  • Lead the stock administration function and manage global equity programs
  • Oversee the management and administration of Fastly’s global stock plans
  • Ensure database integrity and accuracy of record-keeping of employee data and equity data
  • Partner with other functional leads to scale existing processes and ensure accuracy of equity data
  • Foster a positive participant experience by supporting employee’s understanding of equity award programs
  • Ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements
