Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails.
Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire.
Meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities in accordance with local labor and safety regulations.
Maintain personal appearance in accordance with uniform, grooming, and hygiene guidelines.
Be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
Frequently stoop, bend, and reach overhead and below counter height.
Lift or move items up to 50 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques.
Stand and walk for extended periods as part of daily work activities.
Safely ascend and descend stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipment.
Navigate low-lit, busy bar and service areas with attention to safety and control.
Follow proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Create a warm and inviting experience by delivering first-class service that reflects RH’s hospitality standards.
Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Adhere to RH’s recipe and service standards for all beverages to uphold quality and consistency.
Engage guests with informed, thoughtful guidance on beverage offerings, including pairings and seasonal selections.
Maintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the bar, storage areas, and related service spaces.
Stock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory, including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, to support uninterrupted service.
Engage warmly with guests, model polished personal presentation, and demonstrate knowledge of RH’s full menu with a focus on beverage offerings.
Anticipate guest and team needs and clear service items as needed to support the flow of service.
Partner with location leadership to perform regular beverage inventory and contribute to achieving service and financial goals.

As a Wine Bar & Coffee Associate, you will guide guests through each phase of their beverage journey, ensuring impeccable quality, consistency and presentation. The ideal candidate is passionate about expanding their expertise in wine, coffee and cocktails, and committed to delivering luxury service in a culture that fosters collaboration and continuous learning.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a warm and inviting experience by delivering First Class Service that reflects RH’s standards of hospitality
Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Uphold quality and consistency by adhering to RH’s recipe and service standards for all beverages
Engage guests with informed, thoughtful guidance on beverage offerings, including pairings and seasonal selections
Maintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the Bar, storage areas, and related service spaces
Stock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory, including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, to support uninterrupted service
Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging warmly with guests, modeling polished personal presentation, and demonstrating deep knowledge of RH’s full menu, with a focus on beverage offerings
Support the flow of service with a “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” mindset, anticipating guest and team needs and clearing service items as needed
Partner with location leadership to perform regular beverage inventory and contribute to achieving service and financial goals

OUR REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
