We seek to fill these positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. The desired start date for the position is Fall 2027.

Those who are in the final stages of completing a PhD program will be considered for appointments as an Assistant Professor. For consideration for Associate or Full Professor level positions, applicants must have a proven track record in conducting high-quality scholarly research and demonstrated teaching competence at a high level. Candidates for all ranks must have a PhD in Management or a related field by the appointment start date. Candidates at the Associate or Full Professor rank must also have demonstrated both a sufficient number of publications in high-quality journals and sufficient impact of that work on the field.

Job Requirement:

The preferred candidate will have publications in premier journals, a research program with high-impact or such potential underway and is able to connect with a wide array of doctoral students and faculty in our department. Faculty members in the M&O department are expected to pursue an active research program, perform undergraduate and/or graduate teaching, supervise graduate students, and engage in professional service. Onsite teaching is an essential function of the job.

Candidates for the position can apply by uploading a letter of interest, CV, and three research papers. Candidates should also have three reference letters sent directly to [email protected]. System limitations allow for a total of 5 documents (5mb per document) as part of your application. Please combine materials to meet the 5 document limitations.
