Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic referral partnerships, revenue generation, or sales, particularly with health systems.
  • Proven track record of establishing and nurturing successful partnerships with complex health system clients.

  • Expertise in negotiating contracts and managing multi-faceted partnerships from lead generation to post implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives to acquire and deepen partnerships with health systems and large provider groups, aligning with Brightline’s growth objectives.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and cultivate long-term relationships that benefit both parties.
  • Navigate and manage complexity of referral relationships and governing laws associated with such partnerships.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the health system and provider landscape to scale Brightline’s services.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers within health systems to optimize partner engagement and long-term retention.
  • Represent Brightline’s mission, effectively communicating the value of our solutions and addressing the unique needs of health systems and referral partners.
  • Use data insights to craft partnership strategies that align with the goals of health system partners and large provider groups and drive measurable outcomes for both parties.
  • Oversee detailed business planning, including pipeline management and performance forecasting, to support revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to ensure a coordinated approach and seamless experience for health system partners.
  • Provide feedback from partners to support the development and enhancement of products and services.
