Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
- Experience with Node.js or IO.js.
- Experience with React or another JavaScript framework such as Ember or Angular.
- Understanding of how to build and maintain effective search engine optimization within JavaScript applications.
- A preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop a React application with server-side rendering in Node.js.
- Create and consume a Rails JSON API with the Node.js application.
- Work with a PostgreSQL/PostGIS data store.
- Translate designers' work into well-constructed JSX and SASS.
- Create new service-oriented architecture services as needed.
- Communicate clearly and share knowledge and strategies with empathy and clarity.
