Proven leadership skills with experience running crews.
Strong understanding of National Electrical Code codes and Occupational Safety and Health Administration safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders.
