Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
  • Certified as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the ARRT or NMTCB OR meets the eligibility requirements for certification - Certification MUST be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer - post hire acknowledgement to be signed.
  • Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
  • CURRENT CALL REQUIREMENT (as of 12/4) 1 week night and 1 weekend (F/S/S)
  • On average, call is 1 weekend every 5 weeks or longer depending on staffing (1:7/8)
  • Work Hours: Tues/Wed/Thurs 8:30a-4p Fri 9:30a-8p
  • Weekend Requirements: No

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients and operating imaging equipment for diagnostic imaging or therapeutic purposes.
  • Works closely with physicians to ensure the safe and accurate acquisition of images and data needed for diagnosing and treating diseases
