Requirements
  • A portfolio of design work that shows us how you solve problems.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Sr. UX Designer, Sr. Product Designer, Design Leader, Creative Director or comparable.
Responsibilities
  • Deep experience in core areas of product design such as UI design, interaction design, and user research.
  • Ability to create a wide range of deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, design systems, journey maps and high-fidelity mocks, and the experience to know when to use each.
  • Ability to clearly communicate innovation and design concepts to senior leadership and your team using the methods & tools that best illustrate them.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional delivery teams on projects.
  • Work closely with product and engineering leaders during all stages of a project, including development and delivery.
  • Facilitate design sprints, brainstorms, user testing, and design thinking activities with users, stakeholders, and other designers.
  • Mentor others on your team and across your scope of work on best practices and career progression.
