Requirements
  • Complete knowledge of financial modules, including fixed assets and intercompany processes.
  • Knowledge of reconciliations for balance-sheet general ledgers.
  • Working knowledge of general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Fair knowledge of SAP.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Flexibility in style and approach to problem solving.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end fixed asset process in SAP.
  • Perform purchase card and intercompany tasks in SAP.
  • Prepare VAT reports for group companies.
  • Monitor ledger status and ensure robust controls are established and followed.
  • Suggest process improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with accounts-payable invoice posting.
