  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 - 3 Years’ experience as a Product Manager for business systems
  • 2 – 3 Years’ experience working on integration and mapping projects
  • 2+ Years previous experience as a systems administrator or analyst
  • Project Management, Systems Implementation, and Systems Integration experience
  • Extensive experience with SaaS platforms
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Primary System Owner & Administrator for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Platform
  • Create and maintain SOP documentation for PLM Merchandising processes
  • Manage PLM and Merchandising roadmap, ensuring stakeholder needs are addressed through development efforts
  • Own all administrative functions of the PLM system, ensuring it stays in-sync with downstream systems
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in Merchandising to ensure integration between systems is in accordance with our item setup process and is up to date with all changes
  • Communicate system issues in a timely manner to necessary business units
  • Coordinate with 3rd party software providers for active issues resolution and feature development roadmaps
  • Provide post-mortem analysis of any issues requiring a change in existing integration or mapping structures
  • Focus on developing feature enhancements and automations within these applications for the following departments: Product Development (Sourcing, Manufacturing, Importing) and Merchandising
  • Work closely with internal development resources to ensure project expectations are effectively communicated and understood
  • Draft detail product specifications and business requirements using an Agile approach, executed through standard Scrum board
  • Perform UAT on new features, including functional and regression testing
  • Build reporting and alerting processes within necessary applications
  • Help design, document, and maintain system processes
  • Communicate on key insights/findings, common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to solve
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve functionality and deliver a great experience to the product users and customers
  • Identify the differences in opportunities to execute small tasks independently, and when to leverage development resources
