Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute strategy and campaigns for ~5-12 customers, including Fortune 500 and Mid-Market Brands
  • Design influencer strategies for the brand, provide guidance, and report on influencer campaigns
  • Become an expert in Mavrck’s platform to increase customer performance and adoption of Mavrck’s software and services
  • Build and deliver Strategic Business Reviews on a quarterly basis for your customers
  • Leverage internal organization tool (Teamwork) to manage tasks and track time
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients
  • Manage contractual deliverables with high caliber service delivery, maintaining customer budgets
  • Communicate regularly with brands via emails and regular meetings, providing necessary services to meet the customer’s KPIs
  • Delegate tasks to junior team members focusing on quality control of client execution deliverables
  • Mentor junior team members through exemplifying best practices & proactively talking through learning opportunities
  • Contribute to evolving best practices and documentation, acting as the voice of the customer and the voice of the influencer for internal product feedback
  • Complete trainings and participate in learning opportunities for your own professional development
  • Meet Later’s expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment
