Requirements
  • Seven years of experience performing schedule analyses, developing and maintaining schedules using Microsoft Project or Microsoft Project Server, and reporting schedule performance and analysis.
  • Detailed knowledge of scheduling principles involving milestones, tasks, durations, linkages, dependencies, and resources.
  • DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable reference and background check results.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project or Microsoft Project Server.
  • Perform schedule analyses, including critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Track schedule performance and prepare reports and briefings summarizing schedule status and analysis.
  • Coordinate with program staff to identify tasks, durations, linkages, dependencies, and resource assignments.
  • Identify schedule risks and issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Apply detailed knowledge of scheduling principles and best practices to support program planning.
  • Support integrated baseline reviews and schedule risk assessments as needed.
  • Provide guidance and review support to junior scheduling staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
