Requirements
  • A high school diploma or General Education Development credential and three to five years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of transcription and Dictaphone.
  • Ability to recall, retrieve, and communicate detailed information clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to obtain a Federal Aviation Administration VAP clearance investigation for access to facilities, equipment, and property.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of multimedia documents, manage logistical aspects such as participant enrollment, coordinate speaker schedules, and create training materials.
  • Schedule video and teleconferencing, develop briefing materials, and ensure timely distribution of recordings, edits, and minutes while implementing best practices for record-keeping.
  • Provide special project support by addressing queries, tracking project progress, taking meeting notes, and executing tasks.
  • Deliver general administrative support, including timekeeping, assisting with travel arrangements, and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
