Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 10 years experience leading large, complex projects and/or programs
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills to manage a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present concepts to individuals and large groups
- Ability to server as a leader to a team
- Knowledge of SharePoint capabilities (SP 2013, 2016, and SharePoint Online)
- Experience leading technical teams either for software development, operations, or engineering
Responsibilities
- Define multiple project plans and timelines to support broader program initiatives
- Balance multiple projects, keep projects on track and under budget
- Evangelize and execute agile processes and methodology
- Identify and provide solutions to mitigate constraints and risks in the development process
- Coach team members on project management processes and best practices
- Facilitate senior leaders and cross functional teams to make decisions and achieve program objectives
- Serve as a team facilitator to assist in forming decisions, road maps, and helping groom the backlog
