Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • Valley de-escalation certification is required.
  • Driving positions require a minimum age of 21 and a current driver's license.
Responsibilities
  • Observe and collect urine samples according to Department of Transportation standards.
  • Label, document, and prepare samples for processing.
  • Follow Universal Precautions and Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards when handling samples.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and private collection space.
  • Input OQ scores and RANT assessment scores into the online database.
  • Complete documentation on services provided.
  • Provide administrative support on assigned projects.
  • Answer program phone calls, schedule appointments, and answer questions as needed.
  • Follow agency documentation policies for all phases of treatment, including assessments, care plans, treatment transitions, discharge plans, and client care.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards set by licensing boards and state regulations, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to meet licensure, certification, and other agency requirements.

  • Previous office or administrative experience.
  • Previous healthcare or laboratory experience.
