Lead and supervise crews on industrial construction and installation projects.
Coordinate daily work activities and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Perform industrial mechanical installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Complete millwright work including equipment installation, alignment, rigging, and maintenance.
Perform iron work, fabrication, cutting, fitting, and structural work.
Read and interpret plans, drawings, measurements, and job specifications.
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job.
Train, direct, and support crew members.
Monitor job quality and ensure work is completed correctly.
Communicate with customers, supervisors, and project management.
Identify problems in the field and help develop practical solutions.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
Lead by example and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

Gateway Building Systems is a family-owned and operated company in West Fargo, ND, looking for an experienced Industrial Mechanical Foreman to lead our crews and help get the job done right.
If you have experience in millwright work, industrial mechanical installation, iron work, fabrication, equipment installation, or industrial construction and you're ready to take on a leadership role, we'd like to talk with you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and supervise crews on industrial construction and installation projects
