- Edit and maintain different types of transit data.
- Resolve complex mapping and transit data issues.
- Support Program Managers in communicating with data providers and partners.
- Conduct field research to verify transit information and user issues.
- Support outage and alert management for assigned cities.
- Manage city-specific data pipelines using internal platforms and basic programming skills.
- Create country-specific guideline documents for operations teams.
- Provide local expertise for mapping policies and regional regulations.
- Support mapping operations with knowledge of traffic laws, landmarks, and political mapping formats.
- Review and troubleshoot mapping and operational issues.
- Act as a point of contact for country-specific mapping questions.
- Perform quality audits and identify operational errors.
- Review imported mapping data before system integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct political and regional formats are applied.
