Responsibilities
  • Own the India GCC talent acquisition strategy and annual hiring plan.
  • Design scalable processes and reporting.
  • Build agile sourcing channels and drive high quality lateral candidate pipelines.
  • Local oversight and engagement in campus hiring programs for entry roles.
  • Advise hiring managers on GCC hiring best practices.
  • Design and continuously refine the end‑to‑end candidate journey, embedding local market expectations, and using candidate feedback metrics to inform process improvements.
  • Manage and own the delivery of leadership requisitions and additoinal requisitions as required.
  • Oversee team offer approvals and ensure appropriately benchmarked to local market.
  • Close partnership with HR business partners and HR Operations to achieve the GCC talent acquisition strategy and to ensure that the brand that is promised during hiring is realized during onboarding.
  • Provide training, guidance, and leadership to the GCC recruitment team (recruiters & coordinators).
  • Run weekly one to ones, driving performance and retention of team members.
  • Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date on GCC best practices on processes, talent engagement and employee branding and share insights back to leadership.
  • Recommend partnerships with tech communities, industry associations and networks and manage relationships accordingly.
  • Partner with Global Technology leaders to forecast demand and align on hiring strategies.
  • Partner with local GCC technology leads to drive hiring.
  • Share regular updates and communication with US & local leadership.
  • Drive end to end process governance, ensuring readiness for annual India audit.
  • Operationalize local employment requirements relevant to Pune.
  • Implement and track recruitment performance.
  • Lead preparation for the annual India HR internal audit for items related to Pune and the GCC.
  • Select and manage recruitment vendors, negotiate commercials, and onboard with procurement/legal.
  • Govern agency usage approvals, assessing when to go to market and the best agency to support.

ARRAY Technologies expands revolving credit facility to $370M and extends maturity to 2031

ARRAY Technologies, a global provider of solar tracking technology, has increased its revolving credit facility from $166 million to $370 million and extended the maturity date from October 2028 to February 2031. The amended facility includes up to $250 million available for letters of credit. Goldman Sachs Bank USA served as lead arranger and administrative agent, with participation from JP Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, PNC Capital Markets and HSBC Bank USA. The company welcomed three new lenders to its syndicate. The enhanced facility will support operational execution, working capital needs and global growth initiatives. Chief financial officer Keith Jennings said the expansion demonstrates lender confidence in the company's strategy and position as a global leader in utility-scale solar.

Xponential Fitness' board says it's exploring a sale, an announcement that follows weeks of shareholder pressure. In March, Houston-based Voss Capital - the company's biggest shareholder, controlling 19.3% of outstanding shares - issued an open letter urging the board to hire independent financial advisors and explore a full sale. Kanen Wealth Management, which owns roughly 4% of Xponential's shares, followed with its own public demand on April 1. The boutique fitness franchisor operates five brands within its portfolio, Club Pilates, Pure Barre, YogaSix, BFT and StretchLab, down from 11 brands around two years ago. Xponential has tapped Jefferies LLC as its financial advisor for the review, during which the board's independent directors will evaluate a range of potential alternatives, including a sale, merger or other strategic or financial transaction, the company said. The board has also appointed Nicole Parent Haughey, a former Fortune 50 executive and founder of Halsey Loganberry Growth Advisors, as an independent director. Jair Clarke, Chelsea A. Grayson and Bruce Haase have stepped down from the board. CEO Mike Nuzzo, who took the helm last August, succeeding Mark King, said the company would continue executing its strategy while the review proceeds.

Jefferies: Generic drugs likely exempt from Trump's 100% pharma tariffs, Sun Pharma capped at 15%

Jefferies has analysed potential 100% tariffs on certain pharmaceutical imports following reports that the Trump administration is preparing new levies under a Section 232 investigation.
