Responsibilities
  • Guide and support fellow Sales Engineers, sharing your expertise to elevate the entire team's performance and autonomy.
  • Serve as the primary technical authority throughout the sales cycle for Upmarket and Enterprise accounts, aligning our platform's value with each prospect’s unique needs and R&D processes.
  • Play a hands-on role in continuously refining our sales engineering processes, ensuring they scale effectively with the company's growth.
  • Engage with C-level and VP-level executives, leading discussions to uncover their strategic objectives and pain points, and demonstrating how our platform can address them.
  • Design and execute proof of concepts that empower Enterprise prospects to achieve their goals, overcoming objections and ensuring user success with our platform.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to manage complex, technical deal cycles and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Product Management to provide strategic insights from the field, influencing our product roadmap.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create impactful collateral that supports both internal teams and external stakeholders.
