Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles within tech-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated success in originating and closing complex partnerships—preferably in SaaS, Cloud, or similar technology sectors.
  • Expert negotiation skills with a flair for building executive-level relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong technical aptitude: comfortable assessing potential integrations and articulating value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—capable of influencing C-suite leaders and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset that thrives on autonomy, prioritization, and rapid decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Responsibilities
  • Discover & Validate New Verticals
  • Research untapped markets and verticals where Aircall can drive immense value.
  • Define and refine market-entry strategies based on data, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Aircall remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships that expand Aircall’s reach and enhance our integrations with prominent SaaS platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Develop frameworks for both marketing and tech-focused collaborations, ensuring a win-win proposition for all parties involved.
  • Work side-by-side with product, engineering, and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives for prospective partners.
  • Deal Execution & Relationship Management
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from initial pitch to contract finalization—ensuring alignment with Aircall’s strategic vision.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders at partner organizations, fostering long-term relationships at all levels.
  • Champion partners’ needs within Aircall, translating feedback into actionable insights for our product roadmap.
  • Thought Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Engage and influence Aircall’s senior management with well-researched business cases, showcasing the impact of prospective partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Product, Finance, and Operations to navigate complex negotiations and deal structures.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for partnership evaluation, tracking, and measurement to ensure consistency and transparency.
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier program.
  • Experience working with or within enterprise SaaS platforms or the broader startup/venture ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based telephony or related communication technologies.
  • Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies for new products or vertical expansions on a global scale.
