A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study.
At least 5 years of information technology experience for level 3, or at least 9 years for level 4.
At least 5 years of experience with Java, Java Applets, JavaScript, JavaServer Faces, CSS/CSS3, HTML, SQL/Oracle SQL, Spring, Struts, Servlets, web containers, and Subversion.
Experience with cross-browser support, Java Message Service, Jira, and Maven.
Experience with Java Persistence API/JPA2, Hibernate, Confluence, and Eclipse.
Experience with jQuery and JSON.
Working knowledge of Java Database Connectivity, SQL, and database stored procedures.
Experience with responsive web design.
Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver readable, maintainable, and efficient code.
U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Must not have traveled outside the United States for more than six months within the last five years.
