  • Experience with direct account management in CPG Sales

  • Strong Planning and Analytical Skills

  • Understanding of P&L, financial projections, and financial metrics
  • Knowledge of Sales Planning Systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to travel - customer visits and team meetings
Responsibilities
  • Achieve profit, volume, distribution, and other key metrics as agreed
  • Develop and implement sales plans for both new and existing businesses
  • Build value-enhancing relationships with key customers
  • Negotiation of contractual terms to ensure maximum ROI for Upfield
  • Work closely with our broker partner, Advantage Solutions, to evaluate and monitor business trends
