- Ability to read Operational Method Sheets and quality specifications.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and support workplace safety and continuous improvement.

- Read and understand Operational Method Sheets and job instructions.
- Handle materials to and from the workstation.
- Perform critical brazing operations on air conditioning units and associated equipment using copper tubing.
- Maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow in all directions.
- Determine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirements.
- Adjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operations.
- Maintain quality standards, including first- and last-part inspections against Operational Method Sheets and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience with brazing, welding, or soldering.
