  • 10+ years of leadership experience in system engineering or related roles.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end systems architecture and the integration of ADAS technology into production vehicles.
  • Strong background in software architecture, system design, architecture, and integration in automotive systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate internal and external teams.
  • Extensive experience with verification and validation of automotive systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the engineering team in the development and software and hardware integration of ADAS technologies into development vehicles, test benches, ensuring functionality, safety, and performance.
  • Oversee the design and architecture of vehicle systems, ensuring that ADAS components are integrated effectively and efficiently to facilitate a quick learning loop for data-driven development.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive verification and validation strategies to ensure ADAS systems meet all safety and performance requirements.
  • Ensure all ADAS designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, developing safety cases and managing safety protocols.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to measure ADAS system performance, reliability, and maturity.
  • Oversee vehicle test operations, including planning, execution, and analysis of test results to validate ADAS performance in real-world conditions.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and product teams to ensure ADAS integration and system performance goals are met.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for expanding ADAS capabilities and functionalities, driving continuous improvement in system performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of ADAS solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Japan is preferred.
  • Experience in Data Driven Autonomy is preferred.
