What you’ll be doing:
Design and develop high-quality software using foundational engineering principles with an eye on modern techniques and patterns. This includes producing clean code that is readable, testable and generally in adherence with object oriented principles such as SOLID. You will produce effective test automation to help ensure that our CI/CD pipeline maintains a high level of quality enabling rapid deployment. Our Senior Software Engineers are strong role models to junior engineers helping them grow and at the same time are life-long learners themselves to make sure that their skills are always current and relevant.

Must have the technical skills:
- Proven ability to write simple, readable, testable and efficient code
- Mastery in an object oriented design using programming languages such as Ruby, C#, Java, Golang, etc.
- Experience with relational database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server and non-relational systems such as DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc...
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Nice to have technical skills:
- Experience with web communication protocols such as REST, gRPC or SOAP
- Experience with distributed software design techniques and patterns such as message queues for asynchronous communication, CQRS and event driven design
- Experience with React or other web libraries / frameworks
- Experience with leveraging external APIs
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Experience with Kubernetes (Helm)
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with RabbitMQ
- Experience with SideKiq
- Experience with Redis

Pay Range: $130k-$182k USD (Targeting midpoint of $156k)
