Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional work experience

  • Knowledge with complex data models and mapping business needs to technical needs and vice versa
  • SQL expertise or similar relevant programming languages

Responsibilities
  • Support technical aspects of customer onboarding
  • Work with customer marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Translate customer use cases into workflows
  • Diagnose challenges at the intersection of data and marketing
  • Work closely with sales, client solutions, engineering, and product teams
  • Convey the voice of customers to a product and engineering team
