Requirements
  • Must be currently pursuing a masters or PhD degree in Human Factors, Experimental Psychology, Neuropsychology, Cognitive Psychology or Human-Machine Interaction with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
  • Previous experience in conducting quantitative studies/experiments
  • Previous experience in working with eye-tracking devices
  • Previous experience in collecting and processing physiological data in a lab, as an example: heart rate, heart rate variability, or skin conductance
  • Basic level of understanding cognitive functions and cognitive neuropsychology, in particular attention and executive functions
  • Previous experience in preparing data sets for statistical analysis using tools such as SPSS, Stata, etc.

  • Some experience collecting and processing human workload and/or performance data in an aerospace context
  • Familiar with qualitative research methods

Responsibilities
  • You will help plan the evaluations with test subjects, collect the data, process the data, and participate in the implementation of improvements.
  • In this role you will be working closely with the Human Factors team, as well as with software engineers, autonomy engineers and test pilots.
