Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Business (MBA) and/or Environmental Management or Science graduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026
  • Background in Social and Environmental Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Textiles, Finance, or Retail preferred
  • At least 2 years of work experience required
  • 1 page Resume submission (PDF) and 1 page Cover Letter required for consideration
  • General sustainability skills/knowledge strongly preferred, including experience in corporate responsibility, climate, natural resources, circularity, labor and human rights and/or other related topics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong project management, problem structuring and solving skills
  • Self-starter that is comfortable with ambiguity and has a bias for action
  • Ability to decipher themes, make decisions, and tell stories from large datasets
  • Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • Have an inquisitive, growth-focused and process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Clearly demonstrated passion for Nike and sustainability
Responsibilities
  • Work with teams Globally across Nike to embed sustainability into business, manufacturing, operations, and marketplace initiatives
  • Lead one or more projects that will require you to work across a range of stakeholders
  • Exercise and showcase critical and strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver insights that will move the business forward
  • Develop an implementation plan to achieve Nike’s post-consumer waste goals
  • Develop a plan to finalize 2030 Sustainability Targets and a tool to track senior leader alignment
  • Research and complete due diligence to recommend a path forward to solve for Nike’s hardest-to-recycle waste materials
