- Use product knowledge and customer-service skills to advise customers and meet their individual needs.
- Assist with checkout, inventory checks, shipping, cleaning and visual merchandising.
- Share knowledge of Nike products and keep team members informed.
- Train new team members and help prevent theft through proactive customer service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
