Requirements
  • Expertise in Oracle Database programming version 10g and above, Oracle Forms and Reports version 10g and above, PL/SQL, and familiarity with Java.
  • A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field and at least 7-8 years of information technology experience in systems analysis, design, programming, and application development or implementation on the Oracle platform.
  • Full knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Superior analytical abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to translate ideas into clear priorities.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds, prioritize multiple tasks, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
  • Support all existing departmental Oracle-based applications.
  • Analyze, design, develop, and implement new applications of small to medium complexity.
  • Support and troubleshoot Oracle Database, Forms, and Reports problems.
  • Analyze and automate existing manual functionalities.
  • Work with other programmer analysts on application development and enhancement.
  • Assist and guide division programmers in application development and enhancement.
  • Serve as a mentor to division staff for knowledge transfer.
  • Represent the company and interact effectively with internal and external customers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Crystal Reports version 10 and above.
