About the job
- A Bac+3 degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
- Significant initial experience, including an internship or apprenticeship, in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in written and spoken French.
- Sufficient English proficiency to use the software and communicate internally.
- Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks.
- Employment on a permanent CDI contract.
- Manage customer accounts receivable accounting.
- Track incoming payments and reconcile payment entries.
- Handle payment reminders and collect outstanding receivables.
- Process disputes in coordination with internal departments.
- Ensure payments are received by making preventive reminders before payment due dates and follow-up reminders after overdue dates, for approximately 1,000 invoices per month.
- Contribute to the reliability of accounting data.
- Empathy to adapt to a wide range of contacts.
