About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customization and extension development.
- Proficiency in Visual Studio, SSRS development, and Azure integrations.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Logic Apps and Power Automate.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE and the broader Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps, Visual Studio, and Lifecycle Services.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong documentation and presentation capabilities.
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using best practices in extension mode.
- Create custom integration solutions with third-party vendors.
- Implement performance optimization strategies for critical modules.
- Review and manage licenses to ensure fit-for-purpose assignments.
- Conduct architectural reviews of proposed changes to ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture and configuration build guides.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical best practices.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues and deliver timely resolutions.
- Minimize unplanned outages through proactive monitoring and support.
- Lead systems integration and regression testing for new functionalities.
- Collaborate with project managers to coordinate testing with stakeholders.
- Manage deployments and monitor system performance after go-live.
- Work closely with Microsoft Gold Partners on complex scoping and solution design.
- Communicate with business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
- Identify and address technology limitations within current systems and processes.
- A proven track record of managing and delivering complex Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.

Sodexo has signed an agreement to acquire CRH Catering, a leading convenience sector operator in the Mid-Atlantic U.S., to enhance its InReach convenience offering. This acquisition expands Sodexo's presence on the East Coast and adds services like micro-markets and vending.
