Role Responsibilities
As an Agent Apprentice, you will:
Provide top-tier service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients
Use agency-supplied leads to generate new business and expand your network
Advise clients on insurance needs and recommend custom solutions
Sell and cross-sell a full suite of Farmers Insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
Build strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular policy reviews
Stay current on insurance products, compliance regulations, and evolving industry trends
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for candidates who:
Are fluent in both Spanish and English
Have sales or insurance experience (preferred, but not essential)
Possess or are willing to obtain required insurance licenses
Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities
Are motivated, goal-focused, and willing to learn
Excel at client engagement and providing high-touch customer experience
