Requirements
  • A Bac+5 qualification specializing in social protection law is required.
  • At least two years of experience in a company, consulting firm, professional federation, and/or law firm is required.
  • Experience must include legal analysis of litigation files, legal monitoring, and the ability to apply law operationally.
  • Experience with occupational accident and disease litigation (AT-MP) and inexcusable fault litigation is an advantage.
  • Interest in digital tools and artificial intelligence applied to legal professions is an advantage.
  • Ability to build human relationships and negotiate.
  • Ability to work rigorously, autonomously, persistently, pragmatically, creatively, and proactively.
  • Ability to question established assumptions and habits.
  • Ability to interact comfortably with team members, operational staff, and service providers.
  • Professional recognition for leadership is expected.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate whether to finance legal proceedings recommended by lawyers, considering context, likelihood of success, relevance, and risks.
  • Decide whether to finance lawsuits and communicate decisions to the lawyer and Ayming.
  • Discuss case strategies with lawyers.
  • Work with lawyers and physicians on new grounds for claims and litigation strategy.
  • Conduct and facilitate legal monitoring and influence activities.
  • Help coordinate the network of physicians and lawyers.
  • Analyze and monitor lawyer key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the quality of services provided by lawyers and financed by Ayming Financement de Procès.
