Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience with the Salesforce.com platform, including hands-on experience with configuring the tool
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Working knowledge and experience of agile processes
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Salesforce Consulting Background
  • Digital Advertising Knowledge and Experience
  • Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder Certifications
  • Knowledge of Pardot, CRMA, Sales Engagement, Conga
Responsibilities
  • Identify / understand business needs and translates these into effective solutions aligned with the technology roadmap and strategic direction of the team
  • Design and implementation within the scope of a business applications project
  • Perform gap analysis for as-is and to-be processes
  • Create iterative prototypes of solutions as required to demonstrate and ensure business alignment with proposals
  • Manage sprint deliverables, including successful user acceptance testing
  • Review features and collaborate on the solution with the Engineering team
  • Perform functional testing of sprint deliverables and define test scenarios
  • Present designs completed within a sprint cycle to business stakeholders, including system demos
  • Lead training sessions, create training materials, and provide continued support of release enhancements
  • Take ownership of problems and proactively resolve problems, ensuring that solutions continue to meet business requirements

  • Visualization, analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
