Manage procedure writing team responsible for developing and executing a process to ensure all Mortgage procedure updates are accurate and organized in a manner that allows them to be leveraged by end users. Provide timely information and coaching to Procedure Writers. Coach Procedure Writers on quality standards to ensure the team provides reliable, knowledgeable and efficient support to process owners. Provide daily/weekly metrics to procedure writers to ensure pipelines are managed and procedures published timely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Manage a team of 6-12 high performing procedure writers
2. Provide leadership on short term and long range process enhancements planning
3. Set clear team expectations, coach procedure writers to ensure quality standards are meet and taking corrective action, as needed
4. Work closely with procedure writers and process owners as needed to ensure publication dates are met
5. Drive procedure enhancements work, efficiency opportunities and other team related projects
6. Provide updates on procedure pipeline status
7. Listen to teammate feedback and resolve team issues or conflicts.
8. Hire, mentor, drive engagement and develop highly motivated teams
