Requirements
- Experience with large distributed applications and building and operating highly available systems.
- Core competencies in Java, XML, HTTP, and web services using REST and SOAP.
- Strong working knowledge of the Spring framework.
- Experience with HTML, jQuery, JSTL, JavaScript, AJAX, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience building web applications for mobile devices.
- Deep understanding of web services software architecture and design, including security-based implementations.
- Strong experience implementing transaction management and persistence using lightweight frameworks such as JPA and Hibernate.
- Strong data modeling and database programming skills.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networks and concepts, with the ability to provide basic troubleshooting assistance to infrastructure disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Manage onsite and offshore teams.
- Coordinate work and conduct code reviews.
- Present to agencies, vendors, and top management.
Desired Qualifications
- Oracle database and PL/SQL experience.
- Experience with Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, and AEM.
- Familiarity with UNIX systems, including system security models, systems administration, and advanced scripting skills.
