Requirements
  • 5+ years of AML/CFT and/or compliance experience in the crypto industry.
  • Knowledge in cryptocurrency regulatory framework and licensing process (US and abroad).
  • Expertise using blockchain analytics tools, understanding KYC/AML/sanctions alerts investigation and disposition.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, understanding risk-based due diligence and compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Developing a Compliance framework and supervisory system for entities offering trading and brokerage services domestically and internationally.
  • Supporting compliance for non-regulated entities at Anchor Labs.
  • Collaborating with various business units to ensure products and services are compliant with applicable regulations.
  • Escalating issues to the Anchor Labs compliance officer for decision making or intervention.
